Follow one Price Watch.

The emails you get, what happens at the end, and how to get a full refund.

1. It starts with one email.

The moment your watch starts, we email you your starting price and exactly what you’d pay at every possible result. Before anything happens, you know the rules.

Nothing is charged today. For a paid watch, we place a temporary hold of the fee on your card and release it if you owe nothing.

2. We keep you posted, then show the result.

We check every 2 hours. If the price moves in or out of the fee range, you get an alert. About 12 hours before the end, a reminder lands.

When the watch ends, you get the result: the price at the end, and whether you pay. This one ended inside the fee range, so the fee was charged. We show it as it happened.

3. If you paid more anyway, you can get a full refund.

If what you paid was higher than your starting price, upload your booking confirmation: a screenshot or PDF showing your route, travel dates and total price.
